By accessing and using the Gig Worker's Launchpad website and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Services.

Gig Worker's Launchpad provides educational content, resources, tools, and coaching services designed to help gig workers transition to business ownership. Our Services may include online courses, templates, coaching sessions, community forums, and other related offerings.
3. User Accounts
Some of our Services require registration and the creation of a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Certain Services require payment. By purchasing our Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of WilGlobo Inc. or its content suppliers and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our Services without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content to our Services, such as forum posts, comments, or feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilGlobo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
- Any content obtained from our Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
